Customers arrive at this page through a variety of ways, such as a link on your company website, an email, text or push notification. This site has been designed to be mobile-responsive and compatible with all devices. This log in page can be customized with the look and feel of your brand, including company name, logo and menu options, letting your customers know that they’re in the right place.

Customers enter a piece of identifying information so you know who they are, like a phone number or account number. Then, they simply fill out their personal information and the amount to pay. You can also present a list of payment descriptions for customers to select from, so you know more specifically what they are paying for. Lastly, customers enter the payment method they want to use. You have the ability to control which payment methods your company will accept, and some options include bank account, credit card or debit card.

Customers are prompted to confirm their payment and will receive an email notification confirming that a payment has been authorized.

Our solution is fully configurable to meet your needs. All of the many features available can be easily turned on or off, allowing anything from a quick and easy payment platform to a detailed bill presentment and account management tool.

With this solution your customers can either make a one-time payment using the Pay Now feature, or enroll to save their preferences. Once enrolled, customers can log in to view and pay their bills online. After customers log in, they will arrive at the homepage and see an overview of their profile, which includes customer number, number of bills, total amount due and the option to make a payment.

Customers can add a payment method, add bills to their mobile wallet, setup a recurring payment, view payment history and see messages from your company. They can also manage account settings including paperless billing, email notifications, payment information and passwords.

From the Home page, customers can select Pay My Bills to view a list of all of their unpaid bills. By clicking the View Invoice icon, customers can easily review bill detail including the amount due and due date.

Our solution offers a variety of presentment styles ranging from a simple summary of the amount due, to detailed line items and even a PDF presentment of the bills that you mail to your customers.

To make a payment, customers select the bills to pay and the amount to pay. Customers can then review the payment summary, add and select the payment method including bank account, credit card and debit cards.

On the Verification Page, customers review payment details, read a payment posting commitment, and accept Terms & Conditions.

Once the payment is confirmed, customers will receive an email confirmation and can choose to setup a recurring payment, or return to the Home Page to see the previous payments, including the details of the payment just made.

Encouraging your customers to setup a recurring payment can significantly reduce the length of your collections cycle by ensuring customers pay on time. We offer a comprehensive set of recurring payment options and payment plans.
