Support Our Business Resource Groups
The bank supports four associate-led business resource groups (BRGs)—coined FCB Together—for Black & African Americans, LGBTQ+ associates, Women, Veterans and their allies. These groups encourage a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the bank's mission, values, goals and business objectives.
